10:45 AM - Fed the cats food and fresh water. It is part of life now. Thank you, Jesus.
11:01 AM - It is coffee time at the ...'s. Yay.
1:05 PM - Just finished walking 6.5 miles and burnt 200 calories. Asante Bwana.
