To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear. ~Buddha

FRIDAY
10:22 AM: I cleaned the kitty litter. Me you are reading from. Me.
12:40 PM: Just came from a relaxing bath. I should really buy the bubbles...I feel relaxed.
I am trying to get the meaning of LastWeekTonight as far as patent is concerned.
8:54 PM: Muthoni is on my lap. She makes me feel soo loved. I love her. My Buddy.
8:59 PM: I found this quote today
“Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”

9:13 PM: I just got back from fresh air walk, picked up beer for us. We love STEM WHISTLE, Canada's Premium Pilsner. We discovered when we were in Toronto in 2006 for an AIDS Conference. We convinced Swans to order it and they did. It is called influence. Very humbling. Good evening.

Thank you Lord for dinner.
I went shopping, my beloved husband chopped everything that needed chopping. Together, we made Shepard's Pie.
The term "shepherd's pie" did not appear until 1877,[2] and since then it has been used synonymously with "cottage pie", regardless of whether the principal ingredient was beef or mutton.[1][4][9][7][8][10][11] More recently, the term "shepherd's pie" has been used when the meat is lamb,[12][13] the theory being that shepherds are concerned with sheep[14] and not cattle[15][16][17] (see folk etymology). ~From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Etymology
The term cottage pie was in use by 1791,[2][6] when the potato was being introduced as an edible crop affordable for the poor (cf. "cottage" meaning a modest dwelling for rural workers).History
In early cookery books, the dish was a means of using leftover roasted meat of any kind, and the pie dish was lined with mashed potato as well as having a mashed potato crust on top.[7][8]The term "shepherd's pie" did not appear until 1877,[2] and since then it has been used synonymously with "cottage pie", regardless of whether the principal ingredient was beef or mutton.[1][4][9][7][8][10][11] More recently, the term "shepherd's pie" has been used when the meat is lamb,[12][13] the theory being that shepherds are concerned with sheep[14] and not cattle[15][16][17] (see folk etymology). ~From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

My beloved husband almost tripped on dirty laundry. That was my cue.
8:31 AM First load of laundry in the washer.
8:44 AM: I cleaned the coffee pot, cleaned some two mugs and my love started the coffee. Coffee is brewing at the ...'s. We thank the Lord.
9:03 AM - first load of laundry is in the dryer and I am washing a second load. I could be sitting here not doing laundry.
9:06 AM - I served coffee. Joints are rolled, hope to watch The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore, from yesterday.
9:12 AM, We wonder if The Nightly will do a pot theme as well.
9:52 AM: We are now at keeping it 100. Mike Yard, YOU ROCK!!
9:54 AM: Muthoni the cat is on my lap. Lucky me.
10:07 AM: The first load is not dry because apparently one has to dry a normal load 10000X to get the load to dry in 1 hour for a toonie. I know this is not Kenya where I had to fetch the water...Muthoni is back. She loves me.
10:25 AM: My cat is back on my lap. She is purring. So comforting.
10:33 AM: I fed the cats food and gave them fresh water. We have two. Muthoni and Mson. Both black like me.
10:52 AM: First load of laundry, folded and put away, including my three handkerchiefs that my parents gave me.
11:11 AM: Second load of laundry folded and put away. Making progress. I would still be sitting here Not doing laundry. How fucked up is that?
11:19 AM: Fourth load of laundry is in the wash. I am going to smoke a joint now.
12:19 PM: Good afternoon. Third load folded and put away. I have a load in the dryer. When I was coming here from Kenya, my invitation letter mentioned a coin, washer and dryer. The only coin machine I had seen was a stamp coin machine.
1:20 PM: Load number four folded and put away. If you don't mind, I am smoking another joint.
3:13 PM: We had lunch from Ayo Eat Indonesian Food Indonesian Restaurant · Take Out Restaurant. I thank God for appetite!
3:59 PM: I just finished emptying the kitchen sink. Partly by doing dishes and partly by removing them from the sink. I swept the kitchen floor because when Ryan was making coffee some beans spilt. The dish washer is on the go. And to think I could not have done any of these? Madness, I tell ya, madness.
4:18 PM: Muthoni is on my lap delaying my rolling for 420!
4:26 PM: It must be 420 somewhere?...
5:09 PM, we heard we were on the news yesterday...how did that happen?
6:41 PM: My cat is here and I am married to the best man eva!...He thanked me for doing laundry and cleaning the kitchen. I said I really had not cleaned and he said what I had done is major. We are ordering out for that matter. I am loved and appreciated. What else would a GOOD wife ask for?
8:27 PM: I had dinner and then went to make the stripped bed. My love asked me if I needed any help and I told him I can manage. Such a sweetheart. The bed is made. We are now going to watch, Advanced Safety Features, Community, TV Show. New.
9:15 PM: I have emptied the dishwasher and taken my AIDS and Bipolar pills. Been quite the day. Thank you Jesus. I love you.
