Appointment with the doctor

I saw Dr. Farrow at the Cool Aid Clinic.  I am undetectable for HIV and I have 300 fighter cells, up from 270.  He told me that I was extremely low in iron.  I have some tests to do and then start iron treatment which I will take until I stop bleeding down there.  Menopause.  I told him I cannot wait and he was laughing.
