Entries for morning exercises and day's activities.

Walked 4.1 miles.  Burnt 150 calories.

10:01 PM For well being, I made chicken soup
 and rinsed dishes and put them in the dishwasher and run the dish washer.  My New Year's resolution was to cook more.  For that to happen effectively, the kitchen has to be clean.

Time to take medication for both AIDs and Bipolar.  I am very grateful for them.
