Woke up around 9:30 AM and went back to bed after doing some computer work.
11:28 AM - made the bed, prayed, fed the cats food and fresh water.
11:30 AM - Coffee is brewing for me.
4:02 PM - having a refreshing cap of butter milk (maziwa mala). Watching TV show Mr T.
7:47 PM - I walked 6.2 miles and burnt 226 calories. It is an achievement, for which I thank God.
