I woke up well, said my prayers, made the bed and fed the cats food and fresh water.

10:38 AM - Coffee is brewing at the ...'s.  Strong coffee.

10:55 AM - It is coffee time at the ...'s.

I walked 7.3 miles and burnt 152 calories.  I am very glad with my gal in Kenya who told me to add an extra 15 minutes to the work out.  Now I sweat.
