Back on the elliptical machine.

1:03 PM:  I don't recall the last time I was on the exercise machine.  When I lost a whole bunch of weight because of zyprexa reduction as well as exercising, I thought that maybe I was wasting away from the AIDS.  I now realize this is my normal weight.  I am at 131.2 pounds with clothes on.  When I started to exercise on 25 September 2013, I was 158 pounds.  Now I am back to what I weighed when I arrived in Canada in 1996.  It is very difficult to watch oneself gain weight.  It was for me.  That high dose of zyprexa will make one puffed up.

This time I am not exercising to keep the cholesterol down, coz it is down now.  I am not exercising to get rid of weight as I have already done that.  I want to tone up as well as feel good.

Today I walked 2.5 miles, for 15 minutes (only) burning 41 calories.  Not too shabby.  That was not going to happen by itself.  The only way to get something done is to do it.

1:09 PM: I thought the cats would be give me a break cleaning the kitty litter once they became outside cats - no luck.  I just finished making sure that was done.  I am grateful to the Creator for everything especially energy.

1:29 PM:  I had a drink of orange juice - helps with energy boost I think.  The sugar does something or other.

2:48 PM:  That was somehow a big job.  I tidied the living room, swept it and mopped it hands and knees style.  Reminds me of the Bata Shoe Company house we lived in, in Limuru.  That was b4 I was age 8 and I remember how I used to clean the floors.  That was about 40 years ago.  Oh how I remember.
