I was sick in the early morning puking my guts out.  I have no idea why.

The caretaker of the building was here early morning fixing the smoke detector.  It got broken somehow.

I have fed the cats food and fresh water.

10:42 AM.  The guy has finished reinstalling the smoke detector.  He showed us where to pull when the smoke detector won't go off!  Coffee is brewing.  My beloved husband does not want coffee this morning.

I did say my prayers at one point.

11:22 AM.  I have been on the exercise machine.  Even though I had a rough night, I walked 3.8 miles and burnt 107 calories.

11:30 AM.  My duty of wiping down the toilet has been done.  I am so proud of myself for doing this.  My friend Kecia told me that she did this every day as she had men in the house.  It is a great practice.

11:56 AM.  I have cleared the sink (accomplishment), I wiped the counters and stove top, filled and started the dish washer.

I am starting to think that how we start the day dictates how the day is going to run.
