Praise the Lord for another day. Today I prayed, stripped the bed and made it a new. I did my exercise. I walked 4.1 miles in 1/2 hour and burnt 151 calories. I have fed the cats food and fresh water. My dream had a black kitten in it. I could have said it was ou cat Muthoni and then, Muthoni was in the dream too.
11:51 AM It is coffee time at the ...'s.
12:23 PM I got a phone call from my mum and I spoke with Auntie Jane and dad. They sounded in high spirits. Mum was wondering why we were drinking coffee this late and I told her we drink coffee once a day. It really lifts the heart to hear from home. Dad spoke with my beloved husband and it is so awesome to hear.
12:41 PM I have scrubbed the bath tub, thoroughly cleaned the toilet, cleaned the sink and washed the bathroom floor. That is an accomplishment for which I am grateful to the Creator.
2:52 PM. My duties as Cultural Exchange Program Volunteer have been done for the week. My conversation partner and I had a wonderful discussion. After time was up I took her to the bus stop. She told me that she has never spoken with a black person before me. I told her I had never spoken to somebody from South Korea. I did some paper work down town and checked the mail. Then I had to pee so bad and I came home to a clean wash room. Yay!
6:59 PM Just got back from buying herbs and other groceries. I am snacking on beef jerky. My beloved husband is taking a nap. We are at peace. The cats walking around. God is good. What else does a woman want?
7:35 PM Cleared the kitchen sink.
8:26 PM Dinner is ready, I have woken up my beloved husband. It was an excellent week blog. See you soon.
