Did some outreach work over the phone to Africa.
Stripped the bed and made it afresh. (ingrained).
10:21 AM - I was listening to the radio Praise 106.5 FM while I was doing my exercise. I was listening to "Lord of wonders beyond this galaxy," near the end. I walked 4.1 miles and burnt 155 calories.
10:24 AM - fed the cats food and fresh water. (ingrained).
10:31 AM - organized the house bills.
10:35 AM - Coffee is brewing at the ...'s....10:51 AM - it is coffee time here.
12:12 PM I finished scrubbing the tub, the toilet and the sink in the bathroom. Washed the bathroom floor. My beloved husband went in there and said, "It looks beautiful, in here Baby..." What else can a woman ask for. I have the bestest man in the whole Universe of universes. And for that, I thank the Lord.
I messaged someone in the UK.
12:53 PM. I am almost ready for the day. I did a vacuum downstairs and cleaned the kitty litter. (Accomplishment).
