Woke up, said prayers and made the bed.
3:20 PM - I got to the lab around 10:30 AM. The doctor is concerned because I had extremely low iron. I have been taking iron supplements since about a month and a 1/2 ago. The doctor is checking for blood in the stool, wondering if I have colon cancer history in the family. I don't know anyone with this scarily condition in the family.
It was quite the procedure to take the stool specimen and they said I might have to repeat it if it is not correct. There is only a small part of the nail like thing that should have the specimen on it. It appeared like I put too much. Yuck. What a procedure. Dirty. Has to get done. Actually, it was not as bad as I thought and I hope I don't have to do that any time soon.
I passed by the Shopper's drug mart and bought some more toilet paper.
I had some business to do at the union.
When I got home, I did a phone reach out to one of my girl's Meg and we spoke for 3 minutes shy of three hours. She is a good one to guide and guide too. She is the one who asked me to bump my walking to 45 minutes. What a great idea.
I walked 6.5 miles and burnt 247 calories. Thank you Jesus.
3:39 PM - Cleaned the kitty litter. Accomplishment.
4:04 PM. One should begin somewhere. To tackle the dishes, I soaked a sink full of them dirty dishes. That is a start that will not do itself.
5:52 PM - I emptied the sink, loaded the dish washer (so grateful Lord, for that), I wiped down the stove top and the counters. I swept and mopped the kitchen floor. By my effort, the kitchen is now clean. I am very proud of myself and hearing the dish washer work, makes me happy for clean, no germs on - dishes. And the water drains ... I am not the one doing the dishes lol. I love this kind of life. I do.
6:19 PM - Just got back from buying beverages. My beloved husband will be pleased when he gets home. I delight in serving him.
6:52 PM - I finally went grocery shopping. The cats had been nibbling on their food all, worried it might finish. I had to go get them food if nothing else. I have put the grocery away and the cats have food security.
