10:45 AM

I woke up, said my prayers and made the bed.

11:37 AM - I am really enjoying walking 45 minutes as my girl Sofia suggested to me the other day.  Today I walked 5.8 miles and burnt 173 calories.  I could feel the sweat trying to cut through the skin and I am sure it will happen.

12:09 PM.  Good afternoon blog.
Black History.

"What I really want to do is be a representative of my race — of the human race," she said during an interview from her North Carolina home.

"I have a chance to show how kind we can be, how intelligent and generous we can be. I have a chance to teach and to love and to laugh. I know that when I’m finished doing what I’m sent here to do, I will be called home and I will go home without any fear." - Maya Angelou

RIP Mama. Thank you for all your hard work. Lala salama

1:49 PM - My beloved husband too me out for lunch.  I had pea and ham soup.  It was very filling.  We have come home and I have fed the cats food and fresh water.  I have watered the plants outside, and basking in the sun.  It is a gorgeous day, thank you Jesus.

3:25 PM - We basked in the sun on the balcony.  There was three of us.  Was much fun and very hot.
