12:57 PM

Woke up and said my prayers.

Did a reach out on the phone to Kenya.  The call lasted over 2 hours.

Coffee is brewing at the ...'s.

1:19 PM - it is coffee time at the ...'s.

3:04 PM - When I was finished with the phone to Kenya, I recalled the lady telling me that I should exercise for at least 45 minutes today.  I tried it out and will keep it up.  Today I walked 6.8 miles, and burnt 137 calories.  Things have just got better.  I love encouraging friends.

4:18 PM - I cannot believe it is almost 4:20 PM.  I have two loads of laundry going.  Small loads with only 2 pairs of bedsheets each and couple pillows.  I am learning to wash just a few clothes at a time, so they can dry properly without using extra coins.  I am grateful.

5:23 PM - The laundry is now in the dryers.  My hope is that they dry in the first round juu that is all the loonies I had today.  I did make sure the loads were small enough, they should dry.

6:02 PM - We were thirsty.  I went out and bought some beverages.

7:00 PM - The laundry is now folded and put away.  There were a few clothes on the floor which I put in the laundry and will continue to do.  There is walking space in the bedroom.  I have promised myself that I will not let myself go like that again.  Whenever the laundry basket is full, I will do laundry.  Very bad manners to have clothes all over the floor, especially when one has a man in the home.  Just sayin'.

8:43 PM - I just got back from grocery shopping.  We bought a new grill yesterday and are going to try it out.  It was our gift to use for the 9th wedding anniversary.

9:04 PM - I emptied the kitchen sink.

9:31 PM - I bagged the garbage and took it out.  Achievement.

9:45 PM - Beloved husband and I made dinner.  He worked on the grill while I made corn, rice and gravy.  We thank the Lord for an awesome day and dinner and for each other.  Good night blog.
