I had to call into the clinic by 9:00 AM.
9:13 AM - fed the cats food and fresh water.
10:36 AM - I just came out of the bath.
11:45 AM - I have just come from seeing the nurse for a pap smear. She took my blood as well. I visited with a lady friend from out of town at the clinic. I went grocery shopping. Good morning blog.
12:03 PM - it is coffee time for me at the ...'s.
8:50 PM - I emptied the kitchen since, did a vacuum downstairs, made dinner and emptied the kitchen sink again. I walked for 3.8 miles burning 111 calories.
