I have somehow dropped 16 pounds since June 19, 09 when I decided to take my gym seriously. My ideal medical recommended weight is 111 (as if Laughing)- 146 lbs. My goal is to get to about 145 pounds by the end of this year.
Here is a link. Fill in the first rectangle and hit calculate. You will see different results on the bottom rectangles. I went for Medical Recommendation.
I can absolutely do this. After I reach my goal, should I continue to work out for maintenance sake? I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
Thanks to all who have motivated me. Ted I am not kissing ass and you are one of those people and my friend in Texas living with AIDS. The LIFE program through disability helped me a lot and I will miss them so much when I have to pay about $400 a year. OMG! Worth every penny. And that is how much the LIFE program in conjunction with City of Victoria saved me.
Another person to thank is my doctor Chris Fraser of Coolaid who said to me that if I was on disability, I should get a pass. With our last welfare pay stub, I went to Crystal pool and registered. Had a pass by January but only used it around four times and really started using it in June. Now I have tangible results...thanks all.
In three weeks I will be buying my own membership as the card of 52 visits is getting full. I am grateful. Anybody on disability can do this...we start doing by doing!
Happy Friday!
...
Very Happy
