When the virus enters the body, in simple words, it attaches itself to the immune system cell (CD4) and makes copies of itself. As the cell divides, the virus divides too... Normal CD4 (fighter cells) is between 450 and 1500. I used to have 80 before medication, a few months ago I had 260 and now my friends, I have 340 Very Happy . Yeah. Some thing's changed.

I have been healing my spirit as well as, now I am working on strengthening it. If the spirit is good, I find that the body and the mind will center themselves too.

The doctor had said that I will never go beyond 300 because I was ill for a long time. I am on my 17th year since knowing. And I was at the AIDS stage. Once AIDS always AIDS. I have AIDS! Who knows for how long I was HIV+ without knowing? Now since the doctor said I would never go beyond 300, I have been there twice. This time and another time I was 390. I wasn't doing anything then that I knew of and they went up.

My beloved asks why I am after the numbers so much. He says I never get sick. (Knock on wood). I will try anything that will increase my fighter cells. Because if I have a healthy immune system, I won't get illnesses that cause death through complications. I want defense for my body.

I have tried soo many things and only now I am hopeful.

Beloved doesn't always agree with some of the methods I use to try and increase my fighter cells. I want a restoration of what the locusts ate. Walk a mile in my feet. I have drunk bitter bitter herbs to no avail. The D3 is the main thing that has boosted me. If there was no club and newsletter, there would be no knowledge of vitamin D3 for me. See? I just bought my second bottle. 5 drops. Cool

Has anyone heard of hydrogen peroxide 35% food safe? Should I talk about this in here. It is about health...Smile My health. What is it used for? Really? Does it clean? Can you ingest it?
