As I am liberated from my own fear, my presence automatically liberates others.
Not entirely original but it does sum up my weekend. It was fun. We ended up staying at home. I was spread out on the balcony. No, I was clothed. It was a bit chilly.
We went out for a pizza piece at the Joint.
Was in bed by 8:45pm and was up at 7:19am this morning. Bring it on world...gotta scrub those racks. Mr. Green
I have noticed that I have only minimal pain in my heels (one in particular) when I get up in the morning. I would limp around the loft for about an hour before I could walk properly. This is the reason I don't skip rope to wake me up in the morning. And to exercise me. Ted gave me the skipping rope and as soon as I confirm that my pain is gone, I will be on the rope again...
They did x-rays to my heel and said there was nothing wrong. I was meant to suffer for life. Well, shame on them. I am getting better...
These days I am on bisc buddies, ganja, AIDS medication, vitamin D, Bi polar medication - lithium 900mg and olanzopine 2.5mg (minimum dose) and HP. Still sounds more than a handful...
Something is working. Something good is going to happen. Very Happy
I have a girlfriend coming over for coffee and lunch at 11:00am. I have done my HP, spent some time with beloved. Magical. He is about to head off to his work.
Speaking of which, I must say that today marks six years to the date since we first kissed and whatever else. We were just looking back and really appreciating what strides we have both made since then.
