I have been doing the vitamin D3 drops since talking to Skip and I have no doubt it helps. I feel generally well and the fatigue that I felt because of hosting HIV for many years, almost 16 years that I know of, is now fading. This is partly because of taking mental health medication a little earlier in the evening and also, I am now taking the minimum dose of those mental health medications.

The other discipline is that I am getting out of bed as soon as my alarm goes off. Maybe 10 minutes later. This way, I don't sleep the morning away which is a shame. I am realizing that waking up, getting ready and walking somewhere makes a whole twist to the day especially with this great weather. Will try walking to the club for a toke. The place is open everyday anyways. Why not? Then when I get home, I am ready for breakfast. If I stay in the house I just make tea and no breakfast. See, the club is good for more reasons than just medicine in form of weed or even a pay cheque. Seriously. It is a family. I am in Vancouver for Sunday till Wednesday. Presentations. Then I'll pick up the new routine from there.

All efforts put together with the vitamin D3 and exercising and not taking immigration personally has surely changed how I function.

One bottle of vitamin D3 has lasted me all this time. Try it and you won't regret. Skip says I should take 10 drops but I am content with 5 drops. I think the bottle recommends one drop.

My beloved husband is always teasing that I am doing acid. Laughing I wish!

The other awesome contribution to our wholeness is that my beloved husband and I are both working and it is empowering not to be on the system. It has taken me six months to know what to do with my mornings since my sweetheart got a full time job. Better late than never AND no more sleeping the mornings away unless it is the weekend...that is another cuddle story. Embarassed

Cheers to good health!
